Comedian Alan Carr is hoping Gary Barlow will be a ''right bitch'' in his 'X Factor' judging role.

Alan Carr hopes Gary Barlow will be a "right bitch" on 'The X Factor'.

The comedian wants to see the Take That singer - who is joined on the judging panel of the ITV1 show by Louis Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland - reducing eager contestants "to tears every five minutes".

He said: "I've got my fingers crossed Gary won't be too nice and will get his claws out - I want him to turn into a right bitch, reducing everyone to tears every five minutes!

"If he's too tame, at least we might have feisty minx Tulisa to add some spice."

Meanwhile, twin singing sensation Jedward - who shot to fame on the 2009 series of the talent show - are hopeful Gary will morph into TV's Mr. Nasty Simon Cowell.

They added to Closer magazine: "Gary needs to start wearing a white T-shirt to represent Simon. He's the blonde Simon Cowell."

Gary recently admitted he thinks it's time Simon Cowell "moved over" from the 'X Factor' boss position.

He said: "I haven't spoken to Simon and I haven't taken any advice from him. I will do things my own way. It's time for a new generation. Anyway, Simon's had so many years, it's time he moved over!"
