The 38-year-old singer insists while he has always "just been friends" with the 'Only Way Is Essex' star, he gets her to call him "dad" in reference to their 18-year age gap.

He said: "Amy's cute, I've always said she's very cute. But I always say to her, 'Just call me dad'. We've always just been friends."

Despite being a close friend of the 20-year-old beauty therapist - who is regularly seen giving her clients 'vajazzles', the decorating of a woman's intimate area, on 'TOWIE' - Peter admitted he still doesn't understand the procedure.

He told BANG Showbiz: "I know what a vajazzle is but I still don't understand the concept and I don't understand why you would do it. I don't get it! It doesn't sound right."

Peter - who raises three children with ex-wife Katie Price, Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - also explained while he is currently working on his ninth reality TV series, he is planning to wave goodbye to the cameras in the future.

He added: "We're on our ninth series now. There will definitely come a point where it will stop and we'll say, 'That was great, but let's leave it for a few years'. I'm moving into all different areas of TV. I don't know how long it will last but I'm having fun."

'Peter Andre: The Next Chapter' is on ITV2 tonight (28.04.11) at 9pm.
