RockNess and T in the Park line-ups announced

The great and good of the music world are set to arrive in style this summer with both T in the Park and RockNess dishing up the goodies for their June and July festivals. At TITP in Balado, the mighty Pulp join Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay and Foo Fighters on the bill, alongside Plan B, Jessie J and Tinie Tempah fresh from their Brit Awards success. Elsewhere, Pendulum, White Lies, My Chemical Romance, Eliza Doolittle, Ke$ha, Brandon Flowers and The Saturdays are gearing up to bring their sound to people.
Further North on the bonnie banks of Loch Ness, RockNess is also giving it big licks following the announcement that Groove Armada will join headliners Kasabian, The Chemical Brothers and Paolo Nutini on the bill, alongside audio-visual DJ fest, Groove Armada Presents Red Light. Elsewhere on the bill, Irish trio Two Door Cinema Club bring their eclectic mash-up, Mark Ronson does a turn on the decks and DJ Shadow brings his brand of experimental hip hop action. RockNess regular Annie Mac makes a return alongside DJ Erol Alkan, while Saturday headliners The Chemical Brothers will enjoy some guitar-riffing support from The Cribs and Frightened Rabbit. Paolo Nutini will be joined on Sunday by the mighty Glasvegas, with Welsh gentleman raconteur Howard Marks bringing his charm to proceedings over the course of the weekend. Big congratulations too to the RockNess gang, who have pipped both Latitude and Bestival to the post to be crowned Best Small Festival at the NME Awards.
