The Saturdays
Mollie King from The Saturdays believes appearing in reality TV show 'The Saturdays: 24/7' did the band a ''massive favour'', as it helped to expand their fan base.
The Saturdays' reality TV show has done the band a "massive favour".
The British girl group - Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Rochelle Wiseman, Una Healy and Vanessa White - appeared in four-part series 'The Saturdays: 24/7', which showed the band going about their daily lives and doing everything from sky-diving to chilling out with their friends.
Mollie believes the show helped expand the group's fan base, as it gave the girls the chance to show their true personalities.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "The TV show was really great for us and I think it did us a massive favour as a band because it allowed us to get so many more fans involved with the whole Saturdays experience.
"People have obviously seen us in photo shoots and on TV before, but I think this really gave us the chance to show our true personalities."
The blonde beauty also admitted the show may have disappointed those who think the band spend all their time arguing.
Speaking last night (28.09.10) at the launch of Pixie Lott's autumn fashion range for Lipsy at London's Gilgamesh venue, Mollie added: "All of us really do get along so well and I think the series showed that, so I suppose it must have been a bit of a surprise for people who think we spend all day at each other's throats."
