NME Radar Tour

Much like its premier league cousin the NME Awards Tour, this bi-annual kingmaker event generally features at least one band that will pass on to fame and at least moderate success, and one that will make you scratch your head and wonder what the hell they were thinking. Into which camp will glamorous Welsh indie-poppers The Joy Formidable (pictured), much-touted shoegazers The Chapel Club or promising London troupe Flats fall? Go along. Find out.
