The Saturdays fan Deirdre Barlow

The Saturdays think 'Coronation Street's Deirdre Barlow is a huge fan of their music.

The British girl group love hearing their tracks played as background music on the ITV1 soap, and are convinced Anne Kirkbride's character must have their albums as she always seems to be listening to their songs.

Rochelle Wiseman said: "We think Deirdre must be a fan - the other night she was getting mad at Ken and all you could hear in the background was us singing 'Just Can't Get Enough'."

The girls also have a soft spot for the show's actress Michelle Keegan - who plays Tina McIntyre - and admit they admit they can't stop "perving" over.

Rochelle laughed: "We love Michelle Keegan, she's so beautiful. We were all basically perving on her that night!"

Despite enjoying the programme, the girls don't want to try their hand at acting because they are happy with their appearances in the show already.

Molly King added to Manchester Evening News: "We're always popping up on 'Corrie' - our songs always seem to be playing in the background."

It was recently claimed the girl band - also consisting of Una Healy, Frankie Sandford and Vanessa White - were about to get their own TV series titled 'Just Can't Get Enough', which will follow them around their home and work lives.
