Fast becoming a Fringe staple, Lucy Porter will this year invite us into her Love-In. Here, she gets all intimate with our limp Q&A

5 words to describe your show this year
Better than my other shows.

4 acts who should be more famous in September than they were in July
Isy Suttie, Jon Richardson, Christian Reilly, Maeve Higgins.

3 things that you love about Edinburgh in August
Morning coffee on Broughton Street, sunny afternoons in the Pleasance Courtyard, boozy nights in the Gilded Balloon.

2 things that you hate about Edinburgh in August

Walking up hills and the TV Festival.

1 thing that you would change about the comedy scene
More money for the acts would be nice, naturally, particularly at the Festival. All that ticket money spent, and the acts see hardly any of it.

Pleasance Courtyard, 556 6550, 4–27 Aug (not 8, 15), 7.50pm, £12.50–£13.50 (£11–£12). Previews until 3 Aug, £7.
