This major collaboration between the National Galleries of Scotland and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is a stunning showcase of some of the greatest names in Western art, including impressionists such as Monet, Manet, Renoir, Van Gogh and Matisse, as well as the Scottish painters they influenced – Guthrie, Peploe, Ferguson and the Glasgow Boys among them. The connections between the artists are explored in over 30 iconic works. But hurry – the exhibition comes to an end this fortnight.

Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Glasgow, until Sun 1 Feb.
