Expect some seriously squelchy acid techno from Planet Mu signing Syntheme at 2009’s first instalment of Inner City Acid. At once forward thinking yet lovingly retro Syntheme (aka Louise Woods) will be coaxing some distorted dancefloor grooves form her trademark pink laptop for a live set of misshapen electro. They’re also joined by Pest Control Records’ Aural Assault Unit featuring Martin Patton, Fancy & Spook, The Wasp and Scott Theory to start the year off with a bang.
