Glasgow veterans of the underground house and techno scene Pussypower’s Jason and Terry, along with friends such as fellow techno-fausts of the time Twitch (Pure/Optimo Espacio) and Hamish (My Machines), are playing a one-off party at the Soundhaus to celebrate 15 years since they started throwing their regular parties under the Pussypower moniker. Jason, one half of the DJ and promotion duo behind the club, remembers how it was at his family’s and friends’ house parties that the idea for the club came about. ‘I've got quite a big family so we always had access to disco but we were never really into it as we were punk rockers, but it was a strange vibe having these parties that were a complete mix of people, a section of people from all society from punk rockers to disco bunnies. That was the thing that got us into it,’ he says.
