Ratatat

Specialising in the art of bleeps and blips Ratatat are an electronic duo (Mike Stroud and Evan Mast) hailing from New York City harnessing synths and other machinery for a funky take on electro. Having toured with the likes of Bjork, Daft Punk and CSS they have honed their live show to a slick yet human man/machine congress (they also play as part of the Edge Festival, Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh, Fri 1 Aug).
