Rex' Rachel tease

Rex teased Rachel about her lack of general knowledge this morning (11.25am). The smug chef - who has repeatedly termed 'Big Brother' contestant Rachel "boring" and slammed her for never voicing an opinion - started picking on teacher Rachel when she struggled to pronounce a word correctly.

Rachel said: "You know the word 'absorb'? And then you've got 'absorbtion' or something? How do you say it?"

Rex scoffed: "That's not a word. 'Absorbtion' is not a word. You're an English teacher for God's sake."

Rachel replied: "So? Doesn't mean I know everything, Rex."

Referring to an earlier conversation, Rex responded: "You don't know anything! You don't even know how many days there are in a year."

The normally calm beauty queen said: "Oh shut up."

Mikey then joined in the debate by questioning whether Rachel's lack of knowledge might impact this week's task.

He said: "You're gonna take on a test of time and you don't know how many days there are in a year? That is ridiculous!"

Ignoring him, Rachel said to Rex: "It's in the dictionary Rex and now you're going to look an idiot."

Bringing up another of Rachel's failings, Rex responded: "You're teaching children the wrong information. You didn't even know what a mammal was!"
